If you need to exchange an item, MADE.GOLD provides a 14 day period in which to do so. The item must have the necessary tags and labels it comes with. Shipping and duty charges are applied to this exchange, and will not be covered by Made Gold.
Refunds
If you want to return your item for a refund, MADE.GOLD provides a 14 day period in which to do so. The item must have the necessary tags and labels it comes with. Shipping and duty charges are applied to this exchange, and will not be covered by Made Gold. Refunds are only for purchase price and do not cover packaging, shipping or applicable taxes.
Incorrect Items Received
MADE.GOLD is here to offer you quality products, but if the wrong product was sent to you it can be returned and exchanged for the correct one.
Process to receive correct item:
- Contact Us to notify of us of the incorrect item sent.
- A label and instructions will be sent by our customer service team to receive the item.
- After the item is received by MADE.GOLD, the correct item will be shipped.
- The Made Gold customer service team will send an email with tracking information to complete the transaction.
Sale merchandise
Sale Merchandise can be returned for store credit to put towards a future purchase. The store credit does not expire and can be put towards any item within the MADE.GOLD website. The store credit can not be refunded or exchanged for any other form of payment. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
