Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). If do not wish to keep you unworn or used purchase, please contact Made.Gold and include the following:

Order number
Style number or description of item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return

You will receive further instructions on how to return the merchandise. If a refund is due, refund amounts will be credited by Borderfree in the same currency, using the same exchange rate as the original tender.

Refunds will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency, using the same exchange rate as the original tender. Please allow up to 25 business days for the credit to post to your account. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, Made.Gold provides a 10 day period in which to do so. The item must have the necessary tags and labels it comes with. Shipping and duty charges are applied to this exchange, and will not be covered by Made.Gold. 

Sale merchandise

Sale Merchandise can be returned for store credit to put towards a future purchase. The store credit does not expire and can be put towards any item within the Made.Gold website. The store credit can not be refunded or exchanged for any other form of payment. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. If you are returning an item that was incorrectly sent to you, please follow the same steps and include that in your reason for your return. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
