How do I order?
1. Navigate through the website and select your item(s).
2. Add the item(s) to your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button within the item.
3. You can review the items you have selected by looking at your cart. To do this, select the cart icon in the upper right corner.
4. After review, proceed to checkout by clicking the checkout button. From here there will be instructions to complete and finalize your order.
How do I know Made Gold received my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.
How do I track the status of my order?
Orders are shipped by UPS(except P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, which are shipped by USPS). Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. For a price estimate and tracking please visit www.ups.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order contact Made Gold Customer Service. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
When putting something in my cart am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?
Unfortunately, there are not guarantees for receiving merchandise that is added to your cart. Proceeding to check out will create a higher expectancy of the item.
How do I use my gift card online?
After participating in the ordering steps listed above, you will use the gift card information within the steps of the "checkout".
Do you accept exchanges?
If you need to exchange an item, Made Gold provides a 10 day period in which to do so. The item must have the necessary tags and labels it comes with. Shipping and duty charges are applied to this exchange, and will not be covered by Made Gold. All exchanges are based around the exchange policy here
What payment methods does Made Gold Accept?
MadeGold.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Made Gold does not accept cash, checks or any other payment methods aside from those listed.
Can I use more than one (1) form of payment?
Unless accompanied with a gift card, the products purchased on MadeGold.com can only be purchased through one (1) form of payment. If you have a gift card, the gift amount will be deducted and the balance will be displayed. The balance then can be paid for with one (1) other form of payment.
Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Your order can only be sent to one address. If you need to change the address, then you can contact Made Gold and request the adjustment of the address. If the item has already been processed, then the address cannot be changed.

How do I exchange a gift?
A gift can be exchanged for store credit or another item by contacting Made Gold. The customer service team will assist in the exchange process. For more information on exchanges, visit here.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Made Gold does not offer price adjustments for any of the online products.
Can I ship my order internationally?
Yes. All items can be shipped internationally. For rates and shipping fees please refer to the International Shipping page.
Why was my order not sent?
The Made Gold Customer service team will notify you if your order cannot be shipped. An order may not be sent because it is out of stock, a holiday, or your payment has not been processed. Contact Made Gold if you have concerns about your order not being sent.
